Good to know
Most people adapt to progressives within one to two weeks. If you still struggle after that, come back — a small change to the frame fit often solves it, and we will check the measurements again before anything else.
Progressive Lenses: common questions
How long does it take to get progressive lenses?
Many progressives are finished in our in-store lab in about 3 business days. Some premium designs are made by the lens manufacturer and can take longer; we give you the expected date when you order.
Can I use my vision insurance for progressives?
Usually yes. Most vision plans cover a standard progressive and apply a set amount toward premium designs. Bring your insurance information and we will show you exactly what is covered before you decide.
Do I need a new prescription?
You need a current prescription that includes an ADD (reading) power. Prescriptions from any eye doctor are welcome.
