How we work

We believe a good pair of glasses is equal parts prescription, lens and fit. Getting any one of them wrong means headaches, slipping frames or lenses you never quite get used to. So we take our time: we listen to how you use your eyes, explain the lens options that actually matter for you, and measure you in the frame you choose.

Because we have our own lens lab in the shop, most glasses are ready in about 3 business days — and if something isn’t right, we can fix it here instead of sending it away.
