Myopia control lenses and MiSight® are prescribed by an eye doctor, who decides whether they are right for your child and monitors progress at regular check-ups. They are designed to slow myopia, not to reverse it, and results vary from child to child. They work best when worn consistently, every day.

What is myopia control?
Myopia control uses specially designed glasses or contact lenses to help slow how quickly a child's nearsightedness gets worse as they grow. Regular glasses correct blurry vision but are not designed to slow progression.
What is MiSight® 1 day?
MiSight® 1 day is a daily disposable soft contact lens made for myopia control in children. It requires a prescription and fitting from an eye doctor; we can supply it with a valid prescription.
Does insurance cover myopia control lenses?
Coverage varies by plan, and many plans treat myopia control as an upgrade. Call with your plan details and we'll check what's covered before you decide.
